SHIPPING - PROCEDURE

We send all orders via DHL.

We only accept online orders for deliveries to addresses in the countries and territories listed in the drop-down menu for shipping addresses on the website www.monmargin.com.

If your area is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will check if other options are available.

SPECIAL ORDER

Special order - shipping terms

Please note the delivery times for special orders. For special order items, the delivery time is up to 4 weeks from the order placement.

HANDLING

We strive to process purchases made during normal business hours within 4 - 6 working days.

AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES

Europe to EU: 4 - 6 working days. (Mon-Fr) after receipt of the order

Europe to non-EU: 7-10 days. (Mon-Fri) after receipt of the order

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping location and the respective international customs conditions. MON MARGIN is not liable for any loss or damage caused by unavoidable delivery delays.

TRACK ORDER

Once an order has been shipped you should receive an email from us with a tracking code.

IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST

If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you.

We are not responsible for packages once a delivery professional has been generated.
